1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 General Products
We offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy for most of our products. You may initiate a return or exchange request for the following reasons:
- The product was damaged during transit (visible upon delivery).
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is not functioning correctly.
- The product is nearing its expiry date (less than 1 month remaining).
- Some part or accessory of the product is missing.
- You received the wrong product.
1.2 Conditions for Returns
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all parts and accessories included.
- The product should not have any custom engraving, embroidery, or other personalized design.
- Sterile products (e.g., vaccines, resins) can only be returned if the wrong product was delivered.
2. Process for Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Initiating a Return/Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@mediblissindia.com with the following details:
- Photos/videos of the product showing the relevant issue or defect.
- Photo of the shipping label with the order ID.
- Photo or soft copy of the bill/invoice.
- Our team will review your request and may reach out for further clarification before approving the return or exchange.
2.2 Return Collection
- Once your return request is approved, our operations team will arrange for the return collection within 3 working days.
2.3 Quality Assurance and Replacement/Refund
- After we receive the returned product, our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams will inspect the product.
- Upon approval by the QA/QC team, the replacement process will be initiated within 7 working days.
- If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued through the original payment method, credit note, or coupon.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
- You can cancel your order if:
- The order is canceled within 6 hours and has not yet been shipped.
- The delivery is delayed by more than 21 days from the date of order placement (not applicable to made-to-order items, heavy equipment, devices, or furniture).
3.2 Exceptions
- Items specially procured for you are not eligible for cancellation unless at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Process for Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated upon confirmation of cancellation by our team, and you will receive an email notification regarding the same.
- Our Relationship Manager will contact you to discuss your refund preferences.
4.2 Modes of Refund
- Refund to Card/Bank/UPI: Reversed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods or cancellation.
- Refund via NEFT/RTGS: Processed within 10 days of receipt of returned goods or cancellation.
